Yes we can! Search engine optimization (SEO) requires some additional labor above and beyond just building a website. Labor is required to research your target market and discover the best search phrases. Labor to set the title, description and keyword meta tags uniquely for every page. Labor to install optimized alt image tags for all of the images used on your site. Labor to optimize the titles and written copy of each web page. If your proposal includes labor for SEO it will be fully optimized so the search engines can easily understand the relevance of your website and all of your content and therefore will return your website for the appropriate search phrases. This is a good question and one with out a simple answer. Each websites rankings are dependant on the competition level in the respective target market and the age and strength of the domain name being used to address the website. In markets with no or low levels of competition your website may rank on the first page of results, may even be number 1, without the need for any extra work. In competitive markets even if the website has been optimized for the appropriate key phrases it may not make the first page due to inadequate link popularity and domain name strength. A campaign may be needed to add quality relevant links to the website to increase the strength of the domain name relative to competitors domain names.

Yes you should. Today there are many excellent high quality templates available, and if you consider that yours will be done in a custom color scheme with your logo and images installed, your website will in the end be unique and not look like any other website on the internet. A template defines the basic layout of your web page. Logo location, navigation location and whether the page will be of a fixed or liquid width. Ask us for examples of websites made from templates.
